Why are all tinted moisturizers doing this?!

I have dry skin and all of the tinted moisturizers I've tried are doing this.... Like breaking up and looking weird.... I've tried using nothing, moisturizing beforehand with different moisturizers, primers, serums, pore minimizers and everything is doing the same thing! I'm beyond frustrated! The ONLY thing that looks great is Sephora Weekend Warrior tone up cream... But I need a bit more coverage! I'm not opposed to foundations, just want something that will help with occasional breakouts and discoloration

 

I've tried: Laura Mercier, Halo tinted moisturizer, bare minerals complexion rescue, Sephora best skin ever, it cosmetics cc cream, Nars tinted moisturizer, tarte maracuja oil, and kosas tinted face oil 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I noticed my tinted moisturizer ( Nars ) was doing the same thing. I needed to change shades because it was looking too orangey in places where it clinging to dry skin. I ended up try the Laneige BB cushion foundation and holy smokes, made a big difference to me. I still apply HA and then moisturizer but it sits on my skin beautifully.
