What's the best daily moisturizer for dry skin?

I think you will really like Lavanilla's SPF 40 sun screen. It's really great for dry skin and personally for me it feels really hydrating yet not greasy.

Anytime you use a moisturizer you should make sure of two things. 1. SPF minimum of 15 and if you can find higher its better and 2. Fragrance Free, even from plant extracts. Many people believe if it contains plants its good for you and this is not necessarily true. You may not see the damage on the surface immediatly but you can be doing harm deeper in your dermis. One sign of a plant extract being harmful: tingling or burning sensation. Yup, peppermint is bad for you if they do not use a buffer. You can find more information on beautypedia.com

I love the Korres Wild Rose moisturizer because it is SUPER awesome. Your skin looks brighter and nice and while it is for dry skin, I have combo skin and use it fine. 

However the 6 SPF is pathetic! 😞 I get SPF 15 from my foundation though so that's better than nothing! 

do you use a finishing powder? there is a mineral veil wtih spf 25. However if you are set on a moisturizer with SPF: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P223706&categoryId=B70 pricey but it has the SPF you want and is a moisturizer for dry skin 🙂

I use Josie Maran Daily Sun Protection Argan Oil Infused SPF 40+ (wow, long name).  It's not my HG moisturizer, but it's pretty decent, I'm mildly obsessed with argan oil, and I like the high SPF.
