Water Based Foundations

So I finally learned to match the base of my primer to my foundation. I've been using Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Flawless Oil-Free Foundation which I believe is silicone based with theFreck Beauty RICH BITCH Hydrating Gripping Primer 1 oz / 30 mL  which i believe is water based. I love the serum primer for how hydrating it is and want to find a water based foundation I can pair with it that gives me pretty good coverage. Any recommendations?
