Tacha silk cream and Tacha night cream, any difference?

I use Tatcha Silk cream day and night and love it. However, I'm wondering if anyone is using Tatchal Luminous Dewy Skin Night Concentrate in place of the night time Tatcha Silk cream? 

Would I notice a difference, is there much a of a difference between the night cream and silk cream?

Anyone whose used these products, I'd sure appreciate some feedback.

@MidnightDreamer The Tatcha Night Concentrate is a Serum that you would put on before the Tatcha silk cream.  I use Tatcha Ageless Renewal Cream and have never used the Night Concentrate in place of the cream.

When using the Night Cream under the cream you will notice your skin being more hydrated and plump when you wake up in the morning.
