Hi, 

I am nearing 25 and I would like to start using serums or oils in my skincare routine. I have normal to dry skin for the most part and have a lot of texture and spots on my cheeks from acne.

Can you recommend any good products?

The Ordinary is always a great choice- i have used the Alpha Arbutin 2% for scars and hyperpigmentation and i recommend it. since you have dry skin make sure not to overuse it because it does make my skin a little drier. 

as for an overall holy grail serum, i love the Olehenricksen vitamin C truth serum and its great when my skin gets dry and dull. hope that helps!
