Skin drying out?

I’ve seen a whole bunch of reviews saying that The Ordinary serums were drying out the skin. I recommend putting on the serums and then locking it in with a moisturizer. It really does help and I’ve developed no rough or dry skin... I’ve always been told to put serums before moisturizers. Hope this helps
