Setting power for Dry skin

I've been using the Kat Von D setting powder forever now (it was the first one I ever bought and still haven't ran out) but its always clung to my dry spots. Sometimes I can blend it out or hide how bad it is but it's getting tiresome/I'm almost out of it. Any reccomendations for a good setting powder (preferably loose) that doesn't cling to dry patches?

• @Whatafallout I find Urban Decay All Nighter Extra Glow Dewy Setting Spray 4 fl oz/ 118mL works way better than any powder, because it lets your skin breathe and also keeps your makeup on point, without causing extra drying.
