Psoriasis

I've been dying to find the perfect skin care routine night/morning to help my psoriasis. I already have a prescription for a medical cream, but I need tips. What product should I clean my face with at night? Should i use a serum? Which hydrated cream is the best? Should I do something in the morning? Please help me,
