@annaxxx You have LOTS of different options!  Fenty just came out with their new Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt'r Hydrating Primer 1.0 oz/ 30 mL, Make Up Forever has a fairly popular one called the MAKE UP FOR EVER - Step 1 Skin Equalizer Primer, there's the TARTE - Quench Hydrating Primer - Sea Collection...and a LOT more.  Just search within Sephora's search bar for "hydrating primer" and read a lot of reviews :).
