My face is oily BUT the only dry spot i have is on my nose and when i apply foundation on that dry spot it looks cakey so i want to look for a primer for that dry spot i have.

I really enjoy the Too Faced hangover primer. It’s nice and lightweight so it’ll be good for the nose area so it won’t emphasize texture or make it look cakey.

If you're dry on the nose area, I recommend applying a hydrating primer on the area. I really like the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Blur Face Primer Blur Primer Gold.
