@Samr01 I recommend trying the LAURA MERCIER - Foundation Primer - Hydrating. I have found this not only helps my makeup last longer and look more flawless, but it also helps with my hydration level. I hope this helps!

The primers I use for dry skiN is too face dew you 

stila one step also just tried a sample of BOBBI BROWN - Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer really likes them all

My favorites for dry skin are the Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer 1.35 oz/ 40 mLTARTE - Quench Hydrating Primer - Rainforest Of The Sea™ Collection, and the...well honestly I just use moisturizer to Prime for dry skin.
