Powder or cream concealer on dry skin!

If you have a really dry skin what is the best way to go when concealing? Should I use pressed, loose powder or creamy concealer?

@Cracklecurly cream or liquid concealer for sure! It helps to have a reliable primer like Smashbox Primer Must-Haves or tarte Poreless Mattifying Primer to use before. They’re great for l moisturizing your skin as you prep. Wait a few minutes after priming before applying your concealer, then finish with a setting spray.

i've always used cream/liquid concealers since it works best for covering blemishes, and now that i have pretty bad dry skin caused by accutane (fun i know) i would still say that cream concealers work best. powders have always made my skin feel more flaky and dusty. just make sure to lightly exfoliate before applying it so the liquid won't get caught on any dry patches!!
