Niacinamide for dry skin

Is niacinamide good for dry skin ? If so what’s a good serum ?

@Yari0905 I used The INKEY List Niacinamide Oil Control Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL and liked it.  I switched to Revolution Skincare London's 15% niacinamide serum b/c I liked the bottle better.  However, it may have been discontinued.
