New to dry skin, need help with my routine

So here's the thing. I've had acne, combo skin, and issues with sensitivity for forever. I have PCOS, so my acne is very persistent, which is not helped by the fact my skin is sensitive and reacts to most acne-fighting ingredients. I'm on a new medication that has dried my skin all the way out, and I'm trying to adjust my routine. If I try too hard to keep my skin moisturized, I get little baby whiteheads, and if I don't do enough moisturizing, my skin gets red and starts cracking. If anybody has any product recommendations, I am more than happy to hear them.
