New moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin

I have been using the Neutrogena Hydrating Gel in the morning and CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream at night as my main moisturizer. However, I’m noticing that my face is very patchy and doesn’t get enough moisture. I do not like very oily moisturizers that are thick, but I think it’s what I need to get to fully hydrate my skin. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I would recommend the Vaseline lotion: Intensive Care Essential Healing. I have eczema and it has been working great.
