Moisturizers: Dry, acne, affordable

I am looking for a moisturizer for dry skin that isn't oily and won't cause me to breakout! I tried the CeraVe moisturizing cream and the texture was too thick and didn't help with the moisturizing aspect. I added a HA serum to my skincare routine and it helped some, but now am looking for a moisturizer to help even more. I am a student so I am looking for a more affordable option. Thank you!

For low end the SEPHORA COLLECTION All Day Hydrator - Hydrate & Glow I found to be hydrating. Also another brand that didn’t break me out and was moisturizing was Darphin.

I personally love the CeraVe moisturizing lotion with a very thin layer of the  CeraVe healing ointment over the top at night. It really locks everything and I wake up with plump skin. It also doesn’t break me out as long as I make sure to properly cleanse my skin.
