Moisturizer and Balm

Hello beauties, I'm currently going through the worst winter.  My skin and hair is so dry.My normal hair care isnt work, does anyone have any recommendations to keep my hair from being very staticy. Additionally, my normal winter skincare is still working, IM OBSESSED with Ren's overnight evercare balm.  But I just want to see if there's an comparable out there?

@tdohert  Are you using any hair masks regularly?  I’m sure Ouai had static sheets for hair I can’t find it now. I also like using Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Reparative Styling Creme 3.3 oz/ 100 mL  on damp hair. I haven’t had any static this year!
