Marc Jacobs Under(cover) Coconut Primer?

A few people have recommended the Marc Jacobs Under(cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer to me.  I was wondering how compatible it is with dry skin?  I have dry patches right below my cheeks that are tricky.  Thanks!
