Makeup for dry skin

Hi, I have a really dry skin and I am a total beginner for makeup. I always put either a tinted moisturizer or sunscreen to go out and never tried makeup. Can anyone suggest a makeup brand that has many shades (its always hard to find my shade and have warm undertone) and also that is suitable for Dry skin.

Always wear sunscreen. Even under your makeup. Aging and skin damage is mostly caused by exposure to uva and uvb light from sunlight
