Looking to redo my entire skincare routine

For now, I'm using:

1.  Simple's Foaming Cleanser (discontinued now)
2. Clinique Clarifying Lotion 1 (Dry skin)
3. Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+
4. Cetaphil Sheer Mineral Face Liquid Drops (SPF 50)

I'm looking for anything in any store, within an alright price range.
