What products are the best for intense flaky dry patches?

I love the Ole Henriksen Walnut Scrub. It's great for a gentle exfoliation that eliminates dry patches and flakes however it is not too harsh on the skin. This Scrub should be used 2-3 times a week before bed followed by a hydrating moisturizer.

@MellorM Do you exfoliate? Chemical exfoliants can help a lot with dry patches and flaking. But, you have to be careful not to over exfoliate, or you will end up with the same results - parched, dried out skin, and flakes. @MellorM I like Clinique Smart Treatment Oil for very dry areas.  When I had isolated dry patches from when I began Retin-A, I used Neosporin which helped a lot.  Good luck!

Hi @MellorM! I recommend exfoliating then following it up with a good moisturizer or oil. I really like the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream:
