Help me with my extremely dry skin

I get extremely dry skin on my forehead, really badly in between my eyebrows and below then right above my eyelids as well. I’m sick of looking flaky and my makeup breaking up on the dry skin. Is there any recommendations for this!? I seriously am willing to try ANYTHING at this point. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

@alicethorpe9 Do you incorporate an essence, hydrating mist, hydrating serum or oils into your skincare?
