HELP!!! Exfoliate extreme dry skin

My skin is so dry it has dry patches on it. I’ve had to switch up my entire skin care and makeup routine. I need recommendations on a good exfoliating scrub and moisturizer. I’ve tried several products and they are just not doing it for me.

I have very dry and flaky skin especially in the winter. The best skin car routine I've found is -Tatcha Polished rice enzyme powder (expensive but completely worth it! It has transformed my skin) -The ordinary hyaluronic acid 2% -First aid beauty ultra repair intense hydration cream After those steps i generally finish off with a oil if my skin is extremely dry. I use either the tarte maracuja or kiehl's midnight recovery concentrate. Good luck!

all these have greatly helped my dry skin.
