What is a good foundation for mature dry skin?? I have the estee lauder double wear and I still get patchy dry spots on my forehead also seems it doesn't stay on my nose. I haven't even been wearing makeup due to feeling so insecure about it.

I've had good luck with using Bobbi Brown Face Base Moisturizing Primer (my absolute go-to primer choice) and then using either La Mer The Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation, Chanel Vitalumière Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Sunscreen Makeup, or Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation. I've also noticed a big difference when using a setting spray. I have to say I've been the most impressed with MAC Fix+ Stay Over (unfortunately not sold at Sephora) and Patrick Starr One Size. My skin is like the Sahara Desert, so I always have a difficult time with flaking and peeling. Using the combinations above was a game changer for me.
