I have slightly dry skin, and is looking for a light weight matte foundation, also full coverage any suggestions? Also want something that will blend out good!

Hi there @Morgiee15! My teen also has dry skin and the foundations that I have found for her that have worked wonders for her are Too Faced's Born This Way and Too Faced's Peach Perfect foundation. They are both medium coverage foundations that can be easily built up to be full coverage. They work great on her dry skin without accentuating her dry areas and texture and they last all day with the appropriate primers and setting sprays! If you haven't already checked these out, I highly recommend you do. I will link them both down below for easier access 🙂
