Foundation and concealer for dry skin

ive tried so many foundation and concealers im loosing my mind. they all come our cakey and flakes out my skin instantly. even after exfoliatiing, using toner, serum and moisturizer oh and face oil i put foundation on and within 2 minutes my face is just dried out and looks worse then without the makeup. I keep buying and returning looking for the right one. ive asked for help in the stores and i find that they really seem not  to know or care. does anyone have any idea?

Tarte rainforest of the sea foundation is best for dry skin since its water based so it doesnt cake up on your Face

@hulsio I have dry/combo skin and love NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 St. Moritzas well as Cle de Peau concealer. Both do not dry my skin out or add dryness/texture to my face.
