I like Touch In Sol poreless primer. It does have a fragrance, so if scent irritates your skin or you don’t like them, try Innisfree primers - they tend to use less fragrance from what I remember.

Aside from generally avoiding super matte formulas for very dry skin, I think so much of a foundation’s performance depends on having a solid skincare routine, no matter the skin type. Also, giving a hydrating primer a few minutes to absorb and start doing its thing helps to give any foundation good canvas on which to lay. Have you looked into incorporating a Korean skin care routine? I’d start there.

@BrennanG  Right now I’m loving LAWLESS Set The Stage Hydrating Primer Serum 1.7 oz/ 50 mL  I find it’s so hydrating for my skin. It also calms any redness I have. And my go to foundation right now is SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Glowing Skin Foundation #19  I also love how hydrating it feels on my skin.
