Fenty Beauty Primer

I’ve heard two different opinions on this primer. Many people say it’s a moisturizing primer while others said it’s use with the foundation made the foundation bad for dry skin. I usually use an elf primer with my Fenty foundation but with winter my normal skin has gotten drier and I need a moisturizing primer. Is Fenty a good one or should I avoid it? Are there any other really good moisturizing primers that pair well with the Fenty foundation?
