@JennyBuiles Are you prone to Milia? (Those annoying white bumps that form under your eyes). Is moisture your only concern or are you concerned about fine lines, dark circles, puffiness, etc?

Seems like I do have milia but very small. Dark circles, fine lines and no puffiness
