Dupe of SkinFix Eczema+ Dermatitis Face Balm Original Formula

Can someone please help me find a dupe of the Original SkinFix Eczema+Dermatitis Face Balm?  And please don't recommend the new one, I looked at the ingredient list and I'm not a fan of it.  I'm looking for something with 5% Colloidal Oatmeal, Allantoin, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Soybean Oil, Paraffin, Petrolatum, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, and Tocopherol.  I'm also looking for something that has absolutely no essential oils, and no fragrance of any kind.  Also please don't recommend Vaseline and Aquaphor, I don't like the way those feel on my skin.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'm not looking for a cream I have one that the National Eczema Association approves, I'm looking for another balm.
