I need help with my hands. This is the first year I’ve had this problem and I think it is related to hand sanitizers mostly. I have seriously dry hands between my fingers and on my knuckles. They are to the point that moving my hands hurts. I am a person who grew up with eczema covering my legs for the last 31 years but it has never been an issue on my hands and I would like to find a solution for them so they don’t become more painful. Are there any products that can fix this situation??

Lanolin can also help moisturize your skin to you can apply in the spots you most need it before bed. People on BIC swear by the Biossance Mini Squalane + 70% Alcohol Hand Sanitizer 2.0 oz/ 60 ml , which apparently doesn't dry out your hands as much. Hope this helps!
