Dry skin & rosacea

Hi guys!

 

Ive always had very dry skin with rosacea particularly around my mouth and on my lower cheeks. I’m wondering if anyone had suggestions for anti-inflammatory face creams? I won’t be able to see a dermatologist but otherwise all suggestions welcome!
