Dry, Flakey Skin - nothing works HELP PLZ

I have been dealing with dry, flakey skin for a while now, especially in the winter. Ever since COVID, I've felt my skin change. I feel like none of my old products work, and the new ones I try aren't great either. I have dry, combo skin (oil in my T-zone). Despite being oily, my forehead is always peeling. always. I have been switching up my skincare, but the most consitistent products I use are (not necessarily in order):

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench® Hyaluronic Cloud Cream Hydrating Moisturizer  

fresh Rose & Hyaluronic Acid Deep Hydration Moisturizer 1.6 oz/ 50 mL 

Youth To The People Dream Eye Cream with Vitamin C and Ceramides 0.5 oz/ 15 mL

I have been using the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24H Long Wear Matte Foundation for years now and it was wonderful, but now, it just sits on my patchy dry skin. I don't know if its my moisturizer, my make up. I need some guidance and I am by no means a skincare/makeup pro... I barely know what I'm doing out here. Please give me all your advice/knowledge. sounds like your moisture barrier is ruined right now. Try taking out all the actives from your routine and stay away from fragrance. Use a gentle wash like the cerave hydrating cleanser and a deep moisturizer like First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair® Cream Intense Hydration. That’s what helped me. Also use a hyaluronic acid serum. My personal favorite is the marine hyaluronic acid from the ordinary. Hope this helps
