Best skin care (serums, moisturizers, etc) Sephora sella for very dry patchy textured skin?

I’ve had really dry skin my whole life and have yet to find a product that actually works. My skin is very textures and patchy as well so I have a hard time wearing foundation that just lays on my skin and my skin won’t look terrible.

I don't have extremely textured skin, but did have some rough spots under and around my jaw.  The only thing that got rid of it was algenist genius liquid collagen.  I believe there is still a 10 day sample / challenge promo.  My patches were gone in just over a week.  I recommend trying the samples first however, the full size product is expensive.
