I agree with the Belif Eye Bomb it feels light but my eye area stays hydrated all day 😄 Kiehl’s avocado one was too heavy and gave me milia seeds and I have super dry skin too 😞

My husband and I have been using Farmacy Eye Dew all winter and we love it. Our eye area were so dry with the end of fall. My husbands eye lid was literally flaking and the Eye Dew worked it's magic. I also really liked the Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm but I didn't buy it cause the price was a bit much for what I wanted to spend. I got a sample and it was magical as well.

Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb is amazing! Very hydrating (you can "feel" it rehydrate the skin but isn't heavy/sticky) and wears well with concealer.
