Best foundation for pale, dry skin that will cover the odd blemish and red spots?

I LOVE Estée Lauder double wear foundation in the glass container without the pump! (Lol very specific bc they have different formulas now) It’s super buildable but you can also spot apply and use a beauty blender to put minimal product on and still get a good coverage. My skin is also dry, and this foundation is matte but I’ve found it’s the only matte full coverage foundation that works for me when I need it. It lasts all day and sometimes I even mix it with a cc cream to get spf and a more luminous finish. Get a couple of samples in store to find the best color for you. I use 2 shades depending on the time of year.
