New to makeup - good skin tint/tinted moisturizer/tinted sunscreen for oily skin

Hi, I'm a teen with no experience with makeup whatsoever and I want to invest into something that can cover my hyperpigmentation and dark circles since I started wearing contacts. I wouldn't want anything with lots of coverage since I don't like feeling stuff on my face. I have pretty oily skin, so I know a mattifying product would be best. Also, one that I could wear literally all day would be good. Any recommendations? Also would I be able to get away with just a skin tint/tinted moisturizer/tinted sunscreen or do I need a primer or concealer or powder or anything else?

I would recommend going in to the store and asking for some made up samples of whatever skin tint or SPF, or products you are thinking about. 

Supergoop! Protec(tint) Daily SPF Tint SPF 50 Sunscreen Skin Tint with Ectoin 20C has quite a few shades and maybe instore they could get you a sample you test out at home before you buy.

There are a lot of great tinted spf's , but finding one you like and enjoy wearing might be a bit trial and error process. Everyone's likes and enjoys different products.

I think you can definitely start out with just the SPF and see how you feel about it and how it wears before grabbing anything else.
