@1Sienna some of my fav lip liner formulas come from Tarte and Pat McGrath; Tarte has some beautiful rich shades on their own website and you might look at PAT McGRATH LABS Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil Brownouveaux or another shade that's exclusive to her own site called "Deep Dive".  Those two formulas have great longevity!
