where are my anniversary points?

Hi! I place an order for over $100 during the 5 year anniversary promotion and because I have been a VIB for 5 years I should have received 5x the points, right? It's been well over a month since that promo ended, but no points yet. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? I contacted customer service via the email, but still no answer. I was hoping to have those points in time for Black Friday, but I'm running out of time. Help! Thanks!
