vanilla gift card declined

hi! last night i was trying to place an order here with a vanilla gift card i had purchased a couple hours before, but it kept declining and saying:

Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.

the balance on the card is $100 and my order total was $91 ($97 w/ taxes) and i know the info i’m putting in is correct but it still doesn’t go through. i checked on vanillagift . com to check the card status and it says activated 

i rlly don’t know what to do
