unsuccessful authorization order

I ordered about two days ago and it said unsuccessful authorization! the problem is I paid by credit card and you've already taken the money!

I am sorry to hear this! Please note that if an order was unsuccessful then the funds will automatically be reversed back to your original form of payment. If you still need assistance please send me a private message with your registered email address.
