unsuccesful authorization

Hi, I placed an order today, an dthe payment was made from my card. But after I received an email that the order was canceled. And then my money didnt come back. I wanted to know why my order was cancelled? And my money when did paid back?

this just happened to me! Did you get your money back yet? I spent too much to not get my money back fast, especially if I have to spend the same amount again to buy in store

I’ve had several unsuccessful authorization using different cards that are working everywhere else. Been trying to resolve the issue. Had 2 chat conversations and today it was they placed the order to me and guess what… just checked and it was cancelled again!
