trying to make an appointment for full makeover

Hello,

  I'm trying to make an appointment for a full makeover for oct 12th at in Denver colorado at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. It says that there are no available appointments? I also tried at Denver Pavillions which when I try to book online it says the only service available is Skincare mini... which I don't believe to be true as my girlfriend was able to set up a full make over appointment for 1 p.m. on this day. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
