switched browser to IE and reordered - no more unsuccessful authorization errors!

after 2 unsuccessful authorizations on the same order I don't know what else to do -- contacted Sephora twice and was told by the 2 BAs that I talked to that they will contact me within 24 hours.....still no call and the latest call was Thursday night EST. I have never had a problem like this with Sephora and am disappointed in the fact that they cannot find what is wrong.

I was having difficulty seeing the products I usually purchase and couldn't check out.  I installed Google Chrome and everything loaded as it should.  My original issues were using IE.
