sephora visa card, can't sign into account, comenity not answering calls

I'm trying to make a payment for my Sephora Visa credit card, but I can't login. When I put in the correct username and password, I get a message saying there has been a technical glitch. If I try to go with EasyPay, I get the error message "Sorry, we couldn't sign you in". I've been trying 2 days in a row so far.

I've tried calling Comenity but my calls only ring once and then I get silence for a minute or so before the call hangs up. I really need to make this payment as it is past due but there is no way that I can do so. Do I need to call during business hours? Is that why I am having issues with the calls? In any case, please please help me so I can pay my monthly amount.

Yes, me too, I have 2 cards with them, superpissed because my rewards vanished from here yesterday, cs on here told me to try to get in touch with comenity, you can't get in touch with a real person when you call and can't sign into the website, i better get my rewards restored, or im cancelling that card, so stupid how they don't let customers know anything and no one on here is helpful in regard to the rewards disappearing how can i find anything out if they don't let you talk to a real person.

I'm so sorry about this! The Comenity team has been working around the clock to restore service, but cannot provide an exact time for restoring full customer servicing capabilities. Please try calling the number on the back of your credit card at a later time or contacting them via their Live Chat. I sent them a message on their fb page. There website is totally down, just the posted message about the updates. Looking like just waiting it out for now. thanks

Check Twitter and search “Comenity”. They are completely shut down due to a “system upgrade” that has apparently been going on for weeks. They aren’t taking any calls. Nobody can log on to their accounts to pay bills. Comenity has stated they won’t charge late fees because of this yet, but let’s see if that actually happens. Good luck!
