sephora stole my points!

All my points are gone! Very unhappy. Would have redeemed them if I knew they were going to be thrown away!

I was saving them up... thanks for nothing!

Points will expire if your account is completely inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a perk or the birthday gift. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
