Good morning, I am unable to redeem my scent certificate online and I have tried all of the tips I have found on the sephora help page. Can anyone help me please?

not able to use my scent certificate online as it doesnt have pin on top of it.

@Priyanka1712 If redeemable online, the scent certificate code should be entered into the promo code box at checkout and you do not need a pin. If the certificate states that it is not redeemable online, it would need to be redeemed in store.

Hi! I purchased the Sephora favorites cologne sample set, and cannot find this promo code anywhere. I really want to purchase it online but I am having no luck finding this code. Can you help?

there is only one option that can be applied to basket is gift card and i dont see option to apply certificate code on checkout page.
