samples not received

my three samples show up online as shipped yet when I opened my package today they aren't there or on the packing slip like they usually are. If I knew this was going to happen I would have gotten my products in store instead.

I had the same issue twice already of not receiving my samples or getting the wrong ones and I was wondering if anything could be done??
