samples missing and packaging damaged

Can't wait to open the box just to find that my Sunny Soiree sample bag is missing. It does show on the order sheet but it is just not there. It never happened before. So disappointing. For another order that I just receive today, the packaging of the body cream is totally damaged. What was wrong with you SEPHORA?
