refund not received

Hi, 

I ordered the ordinary caffeine solution about a month ago, and had a pretty bad allergic reaction to it, so I returned it via Canada Post. My order was delivered back on July 2, and I have waited more than 10 days for email confirmation, or a bank statement of my refund. It is July 19th, and still no refund.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks
